At Ash Telecommunications, Customer Service is very important to us so we aim to keep it quick, simple and customer friendly. Customers wishing to report a fault can do so by telephone or email.
We are open from 9:00am to 5:30, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Faults reported via email outside of office hours will be dealt with as soon as possible after our offices are open.
Out of hours support
To report faults outside of standard office hours, please use the unique dedicated telephone number you were provided with when your account was set up with the requirement for out of hours support cover.
This will ensure that the out of hours engineers are notified quickly of the fault.
