HiPath Xpressions Unified (modular voice messaging platform)

A personal media manager for every employee.  Voice mails, faxes, emails, SMS HiPath Xpressions receives all messages and sends them together to the communications centre for each individual employee on a standard Windows 2000 or Windows XP platform.  This at last puts an end to constant alteration between telephone, fax machine, mobile phone and PC.

Each employee gets their own HiPath Xpressions Media Manager that they can individually configure and which only they can access.  PIN and password protection ensures two stages of security.  In short, the system facilitates a seamless switching between media for fluent processing of messages at every location.

It is immaterial which network is used ISDN, LAN, mobile telephone or internet to send or receive messages.  In the office it is the PC that receives, processes and sends calls, faxes, voice mails and text messages.  Out of the office it is the laptop computer or mobile phone connected to the corporate network, while at home it is the public telephone network.

E-mails are read out on the telephone, faxes can output on any available device or LAN printer, voicemail messages can be conveniently played back on the mobile phone.  Text messages can easily be processed from the PC.  In addition there is a message mix for example a fax with an attached voice message.
