211_700_Picture_027.jpg Overview for Regular call recording

If you want to find calls and find "who said what" but do not know in advance which calls will be important you should record regularly. The easiest way to achieve this is to record directly to the hard drive of your PC using our call recording software. If you cannot use your PC or have a dumb terminal or thin client take a look at our standalone telephone CD recorder part Retell 175 and our hard disk recorders parts Retell 925 and Retell 926 below.

A digital tele recorder like this is modular, so that you can record one line or 30 lines. As you grow and get another phone that you want to record you just buy another piece of digital recording equipment. Because the payback period when you start recording phone conversations is so short, many companies initially buy one to find out how useful it is, then buy more phone call recording equipment for that department, and so on around the whole company.
