Meridian Norstar Call Pilot 100 provides bolt-on advanced messaging & basic call centre functionality (optional upgrade) for Nortel Networks Norstar systems. Voice Menu driven voice mail system and auto attendant and custom call routing, managed from simple web based 'browser' for ease of user administration and set-up.
