The Mitel Networks 5412 and 5448 12- and 48-button Programmable Key Modules extend the capabilities of the Mitel Networks 5420 IP Phone with additional buttons and LED indicators. With these expansion modules, you can easily add 12 or 48 or up to 96 buttons to the existing 14 buttons of the 5020 IP Phone. An optional IP Interface Module added to a 5020 IP Phone allows the 5412 12-button Programmable Key Module or the 5448 48-botton PKM to be easily connected to the IP phone, without the requirement for an additional LAN port.
