It supports CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and simultaneous data transmission using an optional adapter unit.
All phones can be configured as a member of a key system group.
TheEricsson Dialog 3212 features a 2x20 alphanumeric character display for data such as the called party's extension number and location status, and the time and date of the incoming call.
The display can be tilted at four angles.
A built-in loudspeaker enables the speaker and the handset to be simultaneously busy, and hands-free operation is standard.
